The start-up ‘Crêpes for Change’, was founded by brothers Dan and Liam.
Crepes for Change is a Social Enterprise model. It is Australia’s first crepe and coffee van where all profits go into battling the issue of youth homelessness. They aim to run a hospitality training program to provide necessary employment skills to young homeless people within Melbourne.
Crepes for Change received a Boroondara Youth Foundations grant of $1500 which went towards the purchase of a coffee machine for their mobile van.
‘It’s been a great way to create social change.’
